Outlook is full of surprises, that suprises that nobody use to use. On of that nice things are search folders. This feature allow organize your email without moving emails into “physical” folders. It’s a kind of virtual folders.
They are showed as regular folders, but content inside is the result of a search. Creating a new one is as easy as right click over Search Folder:
The next step allow us to specify which emails do we wish to be included in our new search folder
There are some prestablished filters, but you could create a custom search that will allow you create any specific search folder you need.
And that’s all, you have a new stored and superfast search folder. They are very useful to organize your email in a dynamic fashion way wihout all the mess involved in “physical” folders.
